At East Company we focus on ensuring our customer is happy with the remodeling process and the finished product. The first impression is never forgotten and we strive to make the remodeling experience a positive one from the first impression to the last impression. We also take a hands on approach to each project. From ensuring the phone is never sent to voice mail during business hours, to making cell phone numbers available to clients, we want to keep all lines of communication open throughout the entire process. We want happy customers that refer us to their friends. To achieve that, we have always stood behind the integrity of our work and our workers. We also believe in clearly defining the job up front so budgets can be planned accordingly. We take efforts to leave the work place tidy and ensure that the rest of the home is as uneffected by the project as possible. We do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. |
